Congratulations on your purchase! Sleeptime is committed to providing exceptional product durability and quality so that you can ensure you don’t loose any valuable sleep worrying about your purchase.

This guarantee outlines gives your specific legal rights, which can also vary slightly depending on local legislation.

The Platinum Series adjustable bed

Here at Sleeptime, we’re proud to offer an industry leading 10 year guarantee on all of our Platinum series adjustable beds.

The guarantee covers the initial purchaser only, please keep a copy of the receipt and delivery confirmation, you will need this in the un-likely even of a claim. Without a copy of your receipt, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this guarantee.

The guarantee starts on the date of delivery and is valid for a period of 10 years from that date.

The guarantee covers all of the Platinum series adjustable beds that were purchased new directly from Sleeptime or its authorized distributors and are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Sleeptime guarantees that, At Sleeptime’s option, they will repair or replace  the Sleeptime adjustable bed. The guarantee is non-transferable and is for the original purchaser only. Sleeptime undertake no other responsibility or guarantee, either express or implied guarantees of fitness for a specific purpose.

The guarantee is valid to individuals who purchase the Platinum series adjustable bed for personal consumer use only.

The guarantee no longer applies after any resale, whether it be new or used.

The Sleeptime mattress (excluding playful pets range)

The guarantee covers the initial purchaser only, please keep a copy of the receipt and delivery confirmation, you will need this in the un-likely even of a claim. Without a copy of your receipt, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this guarantee.

The guarantee starts on the date of delivery and is valid for a period of 10 years from that date.

The guarantee covers all mattresses  that were purchased new directly from Sleeptime or its authorized distributors and are defective due to faulty workmanship or materials.

Sleeptime guarantees that, At Sleeptime’s option, they will repair or replace  the Sleeptime mattress. The guarantee is non-transferable and is for the original purchaser only. Sleeptime undertake no other responsibility or guarantee, either express or implied guarantees of fitness for a specific purpose.

The guarantee is valid to individuals who purchase the mattress  for personal consumer use only.

The guarantee no longer applies after any resale, whether it be new or used.

During normal, proper use, this guarantee shall apply only if a) there is a visible indentation greater then one inch compared to the surrounding mattress area after the mattress has recovered fully from load. B) The materials of the mattress split, crack or fail during normal use or operation or during normal handling.  This indentation must be large enough to be considered a body impression and only applies to the mattress, and not the mattress cover. The mattress must still be in the original mattress cover provided with the original purchase.

The mattress cover will be guaranteed from faulty workmanship or materials and is not covered against normal wear and tear of everyday use, spillage or stains. The zippered cover is guaranteed for a period of 2 years from purchase against faults in material or workmanship. Sleeptime reserve the right to replace covers with the same or different colour or material or to repair the cover. The purchaser is responsible for the  to or from transportation of the cover in the un-likely event of a claim.

The guarantee extends to state that the mattress must only be used on a flat, firm foundation that is manufactured professionally for the sole purpose of supporting mattresses or sleeping, and that had 5 supporting legs, including a centre support. Sleeptime may ask that the purchaser provide proof that the foundation is meets those requirements.

Please note that the guarantee will not apply if Sleeptime reasonably deem the mattress or foundation has been damaged, abused or neglected.

In the interest of health and safety for those required to handle or dispose of the mattress, Sleeptime reserve the right to refuse to inspect the product to be covered by guarantee. In this instance, Sleeptime reserve the right to refuse guarantee coverage.

Cancelling an order.

Once you’ve placed your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made unless in accordance with our Sleeptime guarantee

How do I return or exchange something?

To return or exchange an item, please email us a copy of your original purchase receipt, and the reason of return to info@sleeptime.com.au, Please put “Product return:” in the subject line.

Please remember to include your best contact number so one of our friendly team members can contact you to arrange collection.

Please note that any returns of products not covered under our guarantee, or if you require an exchange due a reason other than warranty,  you may be required to arrange shipping, at your own expense.

Once you’ve spoken with our friendly team, and they’ve given you your return code, Please ship these items to, ensuring the return code is clearly written on the packaging with your sender information.

AFTERPAY / ZIPPAY

If you choose to return a product due to a change of mind, you are only eligible for a store credit. Store credit will only last 12 months from the date of issue.

You’re only eligible for a full refund via afterpay / zippay if the product is faulty, damaged or is not as described. While waiting for your return to be processed please ensure you continue to make your payments.
